Under no circumstances shall Regal Office & Home or its employees, directors, officers or agents be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the site. this is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all loses and damages of any kind (whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including without limitation, loss of data, income or profits) whether in contract or tort. Even if Regal office & Home has been advised or should have known of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site, any consent on the site or these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site. You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your own risk.

The prices of Regal Office & Home Products are as quoted on the site from time to time.
Prices may include VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and have selected your chosen delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch confirmation.
The site contains a large number of Regal Office & Home products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of our products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, you will be charged for the difference.
All local (radius of 40km of warehouse) orders are processed within 2-3 business days subject to product availability.
Local deliveries are charged a flat fee for deliveries as per the quoted price
Regional and National Deliveries are charged as per mileage and scheduled as per demand
If you may be unsatisfied with a product for a reason please contact us and we will be happy to discuss regards your product, exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Our teams of proffessionals will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Rfunds may take upto 10 working days.
For bespoke manufactured service whereby we custom manufacture one-of-a-kind goods to your specifications and therefore refunds and returns of goods are not possible. We therefore encourage customers to take care with the specifications and take care to understand the terms and conditions of their order.
Most Regal Office & Office products displayed on the site are available from our warehouse while stocks last. in some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the site may not be available in our warehouse. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in US Dollars and Are valid and effective only in United States Dollars.
You agree that all matters relating to your access or use of the site, including all disputes will be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue of Zimbabwe and waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue. Any claim under these terms of use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. Claims made under conditions of purchase of goods and services are not subject to this limitation
Regal Office & Home cannot and does not represent or warrant that the site or its server will be error free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access (including third party hackers or denial of service attacks), or otherwise meet your requirements.
